Risk Management
The Risk Management Committee is responsible for planning and budgeting PilotLegis’ risk management programs, which consist of the following: 1) on-site risk management/practice management programs, presented at each member firm throughout the year; 2) a mid-year members’ program that includes a featured speaker and roundtable discussions for Managing Partners, Risk Management Partners, and Firm Administrators; 3) an annual member conference that focuses on professional liability and practice management trends and best practice responses; and 4) member self-audits or on-site risk reviews.
